Please note that digital files can be downloaded a maximum of one time. Once you purchase a digital product, you will be able to download the PDF from the order confirmation page, and you will receive an email with download links. How do I download my digital product file? We will process a reshipment upon review. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at with pictures of the damaged product and packaging. We do not offer refunds, nor do we accept returns. If the order has been processed, we cannot make any changes. If your order has not been processed, we will make every effort to adjust or cancel the order accordingly. When the package ships, an order tracking link will be sent automatically to the email address you provided with your shipping information. If you need a product immediately, please consider purchasing the digital version, which allows for instant access. Please allow 10-12 business days for items to arrive. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
