The pace is slower than most recent FPS games due to the lack of jetpacks or any kind of futuristic gear. Gamers who have played recent COD titles, but have never experienced COD 4 are in for a surprise. Subtle changes have also been made to the campaign, while multiplayer has been updated with modern FPS tropes such as supply drops. Like in Capcom's HD version of "Resident Evil", graphics have been considerably spruced up to resemble today's current-gen titles.
